Hi, my name is Farah! I am majoring in kinesiology; sports and exercise physiology track at UCF. I am originally from Egypt. I was a gymnast for over 12 years and I also played lacrosse and soccer for a little bit. I enjoy being outdoors and trying new sports like tennis or volleyball. I have been doing CrossFit for 7 years, started here at Crossfit Kingspoint back in 2017. Kingspoint is all about the community. It was the first gym I’ve ever tried and haven’t once thought about leaving…all because of the community. Members work in unison and hold each other accountable. I am a CF Level 1 certified trainer and have been coaching for 3 years. I aspire to help as many people as possible to achieve their fitness and health goals!
Hi! I’m Annie, I’m a doctor from Venezuela.
I joined this CrossFit journey 4 years ago and decided to become a coach 2 years ago. Both have been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life!
I love CrossFit in every way, as an athlete and as a coach, you’re able to see and feel the difference from both sides. Always trying to improve yourself and provide the best tools to athletes to achieve their goals and become their best self.
From a person who has been away from home for more than 6 years, I found in CFKP a family. You may have heard “CrossFit is all about the community” and it truly is. This family has changed my life in so many amazing ways that I’ll be forever grateful.
I can just hope to retributed everything this family has give to me.
Come and workout with us, you’re going to love it!
My name is Catie and I’ve been doing CrossFit for 2 years! I first joined KingsPoint in 2021 and I have loved it since the day I walked through the front door. The people at this gym are just incredible and have become like a small part of my family over the past couple of years. In August 2021 I completed my CFO-L1 and have been coaching at KingsPoint ever since. In December of 2023 I got my Level 2 CrossFit certificate. My favorite thing about coaching is encouraging and helping people try new things and also being a cheerleader when an athlete reaches their goals or hits a new PR. I have competed on a team of 3 with two of our other coaches at Festivus in 2021 and 2022 and also at Atlantic Coast Classic in 2022, with future plans to continue competing. My future CrossFit goals include furthering my knowledge and continuing to see what I am truly capable of!
I grew up in a house where fitness and health were very important. So while I’ve only been doing CrossFit for 4 years, I have been very active my whole life. While I love just lifting heavy weights, what has kept me doing CrossFit is the community. I love how tightly knit each gym is and how welcoming other gyms are when you drop-in. About 2 years ago, I became a coach because I wanted others to be able to love the sport as much as I do, and I want to help each person become the best version of themselves.
Few random things about me? I’m from Texas. My favorite color is green. I work as a lifeguard in the Disney waterparks. And some of my favorite movements are squat cleans, burpees over the bar, and box jump overs. I recently just completed a marathon (26.2 miles) and that was a huge accomplishment for me. My current fitness goals are just aimed towards building back to where I was before my race training.
I started my CrossFit journey in 2014 and became a coach in 2015. I decided to join CrossFit because I wanted to get into shape. Ten years later I am still loving CrossFit and the community. I love coaching because I enjoy helping others reach thier goals. The physical changes are easy to see in people but the mental transformation in people is where I get the most pride. Small changes alway make big impacts!
I joined KingsPoint CrossFit in 2016 and fell in love with the coaches, programming and community. The people at KingsPoint are like family; very supportive, encouraging and up lifting.
